Irish people include whiskey in their coffee,as expected by many other countries who connect the irish with alcahol.Irish coffee is traditionally consumed after or instead of dessert.Cream is included because the irish dairy is in general,of very high standerd,as is the whiskey. The irish like their coffee strong in this particular beverage. If ever visiting Ireland i would strongly recomend trying one.

Italian coffee

Espresso, caffè normale, cappuccino; sometimes it seems that there are as many types of coffee in Italy as there are pastas. And just like pasta, Italian coffee is an art form with many customs and traditions. Whether it's a caffè corretto thrown back like a shot, a cappuccino and brioche for breakfast, or a granita di caffè con panna to cool off from the midday sun, in Italy there is a coffee drink specific for every time and mood.
Espresso recipe, the most well known italian coffee, especially prided in Florence
Made from dark roasted coffee beans. A single Espresso usually measures approximately 1 oz. The espresso should be crowned with a gold coloured froth called "crema".
